The middle chick

Ok, so I go for a walk every morning. Not because I want to get “in shape” for anything, but just because I need to. I need to move because I have issues with my bones and lower back. And neck. This is the bill I’m paying after years and years of being a ballet dancer. But this is another story.

While walking, I think, I go over the garbage I carry inside me, I try to work things out inside my head and usually, when I get home, I feel very energized and ready for my day.

As I was walking today, the issue of being a middle child came up, and I remembered that I heard this interview on the radio. I guess it’s time to check this book out.
